Lead Software Architect

Role Overview

Leading the definition and delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions — spanning full-stack development, enterprise software architecture, and cloud-based system design. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end technical strategy, driving quality engineering practices across client engagements, and ensuring complex systems are deployed securely and reliably in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture: Defining and implementing scalable, maintainable software solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements
• Full-Stack Development: Delivering secure, production-grade full-stack applications using modern frameworks across the entire software development lifecycle
• API & Backend Engineering: Building secure, production-grade REST APIs with a focus on enterprise security, performance, and compliance
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Managing multi-cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure with an emphasis on enterprise architecture, security posture, and scalability
• Team Leadership: Leading cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical excellence across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes
• Stakeholder Management: Translating strategic technology objectives into actionable engineering roadmaps and maintaining clear communication with senior stakeholders
• Quality Engineering: Establishing engineering standards, code review practices, and automated testing strategies to ensure software reliability at scale

• Next.js, React, TypeScript, NX Monorepo architecture
